Shipping policy
We ship with tracked Australia Post within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends) and offer the following rates at checkout for all orders 2kg and below.
- Click and Collect is free! ;-) Select 'Local Pick Up' at the checkout. We will let you know when your order is ready to pick up, usually within 1-3 days.
- Domestic orders over $150 we ship via Regular post for free! hoorah.
- Flat Rate Regular: $15 - 2-8 Business Days - This is not guaranteed. Please check your location in Australia Post to ascertain more accurate estimated time.
- Flat Rate Express: $20 - 1-4 Business Days. This is not guaranteed. Please check your location in Australia Post to ascertain more accurate estimated time.
- Flat Rate International (EXCL USA): $40
- International - USA - please contact us directly for a quote on shipping to the USA. Due to the significant changes in import tarrifs, initiated by the US - we can no longer ship with a simple flat rate. As a small business each US order will be taken on an individual basis. Please email store@fromdust with details of your shopping cart. We will then calculate tarrifs and shipping fees, prior to adding them to your order.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
The United States announced significant changes to its import tariff rules in US Executive Order 14324. These changes, effective 29 August 2025, impact business customers shipping items from Australia to the US and its Overseas Territories, including Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.
As such, any orders shipping to the USA & Overseas Territories will incur the cost of duties and taxes. These will be added to your order as a separate invoice & payment is required prior to shipment. Duties vary anywhere from 10%-20% depending on the product, possibly more. By ordering from the United States you are agreeing to paying these fees.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or customs duties charged by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Please note: we do not add insurance to our parcels.
