Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchases,
but if not, the following applies.

Please read through carefully.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or size or discounted items
We do not offer exchange or return on discounted items.
We only offer refunds for faulty items (as per ACCC - please read further on)

  

Firstly – what items can be exchanged?

  • Return requests that have been agreed to by From Dust
  • Must have proof of purchase (or online order number/details)
  • Only full priced items can be exchanged
  • Must be within 14 days of receipt (either from when you walk out of the store, or receive your delivery)
  • Must be in original condition
  • Must be unwashed, unworn, unused
  • Must be in the original packaging/ with tags attached
  • Or Faulty Items

Secondly – what items are not able to be returned?

  • Any discounted or SALE items
  • Socks, hosiery & underwear
  • Skincare, bodycare, fragrance, oils

Will you be out of pocket?

  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • Original tax and duty is non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Subsequent shipping charges and duties for size/style replacement are the responsibility of the customer
Items purchase in-store to be returned in-store, with proof of purchase.
 
Items purchased online to be returned via the methods listed below.

We recognise that purchasing online can be tricky sometimes.

Return & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to size, style or colour, please reach out to our customer service team at store@fromdust.com.au

We will work with you to find the best solution for replacement.

If all options are exhausted, we will offer you an online credit (not refund) to the value of the product purchased. Valid for 12 months.

We do not offer refunds, unless the item has a major failure or fault - see below. 

 

Faulty Items

Following ACCC guidelines you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or faulty item.

We will correspond with you to find the best solution

From Dust will repay the shipping costs for you to return your item. We reserve the right to inspect returned garments and refuse return, repair or replace if we do not find any damage.

We also reserve the right to repair the item back to its original condition.

Should the item be non-replaceable (eg: out of stock) or not able to be repaired, we will only then offer you a refund.

Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Eg:  Paypal, Afterpay, ZipPay, credit card.
